Return Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
- In their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed)
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
How to Return an Item
- Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the item you wish to return
- Choose a reason for the return
- Print the return label provided
- Package the item securely with the return label
- Ship the package using the provided return label
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- It may take 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, you can request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we'll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we'll cover all return shipping costs.
